Abstract
At this moment Automated Speech Processing is applied in the design of automated telephonic inquiry systems to simulate a human operator. To test successive releases of those systems an automated test system is developed in which the caller is simulated. The Simcall system is based on human-human dialogues. The system will be described as well as some preliminary test results.
