Abstract

This report is the first part of a series that gives suggestions for the improvement of the automatic presentation of travel advices by Vios, a telephone based travel information system, that is developed for OVR, the company that provides public transport travel information for the entire Netherlands. The recommendations are based on a corpus study of 100 human-human dialogues, recorded at the call centers of OVR.
