          Signals that an error occurred while attempting to connect a socket to a remote address and port.
 class PortUnreachableException
          Signals that an ICMP Port Unreachable message has been received on a connected datagram.

          Set the multicast network interface used by methods whose behavior would be affected by the value of the network interface.

DatagramPacket(byte[] buf, int length, SocketAddress address)
          Constructs a datagram packet for sending packets of length length to the specified port number on the specified host.
DatagramSocket()
          Constructs a datagram socket and binds it to any available port on the local host machine.
