Those sugar-bags are in fact one of the first in my collection. I live in Delft, so I get plenty of opportunities to collect them. It might seem funny, but you'll not find those in fancy restaurants but rather in snack-bars.
That's where I'm working. We have here so called "Restauratieve voorzieningen" that refers to everything from caffee automats to small restaurants. Of course they have their own sugar-bags design (which changes almost every year, but the TU logo remains there).
